The Challenge
We've met "Welcome" with crazy thoughts about new real-estate models for the Y-Gen. they wanted to talk directly with youngsters who have their own problems with the real-estate market such as erosion of currency that affects their ability to buy or rent a legitimate residential apartment, tough house-owners and a market with without any rules or logical regulation
The Process
Taking "Welcome" with us to a social journey was easy - we agreed on a colourful and cheeky design while interviewing students and other Y-Gen fellas was part of the 3-months research - so we can build the right strategy addressing the right audience.
The Outcome
A super-visual and edgy page, with daily community interaction gave Welcome a precise language and a speaker voice so Welcome can duplicate their -young-community-building globally.
